The deliberate practice of aligning your life with purpose through intention and ritual.
INTENTION is clarity—choosing, naming, and calling in what you desire.RITUAL is devotion—the habits, practices, and ceremonies that anchor those desires into daily life.Together, they form a way of living that is grounded, conscious, and spiritually led. This is not about perfection. It is about presence, remembrance, and choosing yourself—again and again.
Each offering is guided by ancestral wisdom, spiritual attunement, and respect for the body’s timing.
ancestral consultation - listening & insight
Held in communion with ancestral presence, this offering uses traditional bone divination and/or intuitive cards to reveal what is present, what is shifting, and what is asking for your attention in this season of your life.
steaming ritual - clearing & release
To support physical, emotional, and energetic clearing, sacred steaming invites the body to open, soften, and let go—carrying intention into deeper layers and creating space for renewal, grounding, and gentle restoration. This ritual may be experienced as either a vaginal/womb steam or a full-body steam, guided by your needs and what is most supportive for your body at the time.
spiritual bathing ritual - cleansing & restoration
Water is memory and medicine. This ritual works with water as a carrier of prayer, intention, and ancestral wisdom. Spiritual bathing may be experienced as full-body, head, or hands and feet, guided by what is most supportive for your spirit and the season you are in.
Sacred experiences that invite deep listening, release, and presence with the body, womb, and ancestral wisdom.
